About us

White Dove Properties Ltd (company number 14275370) is registered at 11 Westbury Lodge Close, Pinner, HA5 3FG. We are also registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We offer properties either as a serviced accommodation or as houses of multiple occupation for a minimum of 6 months let. In order for us to be able to find the most suitable property for you we will require certain information from you. 

What kind of information do we collect from you?

We only ask for the information that is required to service your enquiry and reservation, i.e your name, telephone number and email address.  Without this information we may not be in a position to process your enquiry.  We may also need to collect the names of other guests that are staying with you, providing they are over 18 years of age. We also need to understand your accommodation criteria such as budget, length of stay and accommodation type. If the enquiry comes through your employer, we will collect this information directly from them instead.

When you visit our website, we collect some cookie information regarding your use of the website, and this is used to help us improve our service. Cookie information can include your IP address, the browser you are using and your language settings.

Why do we collect and use your personal data?

We primarily collect your personal details to service your accommodation request. This can involve the following communication:

1. Communicate with you about your accommodation needs via phone and email; and
2. Complete and administer your booking via email or text message.

We keep a copy of your booking details and personal details for a period of up to 6 years, after which point the information will be securely destroyed. 

If you call us outside of our regular office hours, then you may be directed to a third-party operating service, They will simply take your name and phone number then pass this onto us, so we can call you back. Once this has been passed on it is deleted from their records.

Your data protection rights

It is important to know that under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
